Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks during each shift
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ability to keep calm and composed in a fast-paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
- Comfort with responsibilities such as cash handling and store safety
- Customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures
