Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle cash responsibly and uphold store safety and security
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Adapt to different tasks during each shift
