Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to learn quickly
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- experience in customer service is an advantage
- basic cash handling skills
- ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products
- engage with and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- handle cash transactions accurately
- collaborate effectively with team members
- ensure adherence to store safety and security policies
