Job Requirements

Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
Prepare food and beverages following standard recipes or customer customizations
Handle cash and operate the store's point of sale system accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store environment
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Uphold store safety and security standards
Engage with customers to understand needs and provide pleasant communication
