Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- comply with store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and cash handling
- engage positively with customers and respond to their needs
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- able to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to work as part of a team
- ability to build positive relationships
Job Duties
- provide excellent customer service and create the Starbucks Experience
- prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- engage and respond to customer needs with clear communication
- work collaboratively with team members
- adapt to various tasks within the store during each shift
