Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer modifications
- Available to perform diverse tasks within the store each shift

Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to store safety and security policies
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages customized for customers including adjusting recipes as needed
- Perform various in-store tasks efficiently during each shift
