Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including changes in temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall store efficiency
- Manage multiple tasks during shifts including food preparation, customer service, and inventory restocking
