Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
Engage and communicate effectively with customers
Ability to perform multiple tasks within a shift
Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Focus on quality and attention to detail
Comfortable with cash handling and store safety protocols
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Follow store safety and security policies
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
