We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join us as Starbucks Partners (Baristas). As a Starbucks Partner, you will play an essential role in crafting every cup of coffee to perfection while creating meaningful moments with customers. Your responsibilities will range from preparing beverages and food items to industry standards or customized recipes, to engaging with customers to understand and meet their needs through excellent communication. Punctuality and maintaining store policies for safety, security, cash handling, and product quality are critical for success in this role. Partners are also entrusted with multitasking and supporting various operational tasks during shifts, fostering a team-oriented environment.
