Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

- Create the Starbucks Experience through excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages to Starbucks quality standards and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and uphold store safety and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations
- Engage with customers to understand needs and provide personalized service
- Stay updated with the latest beverage recipes and product knowledge
