Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating standards including quality, safety, and cash handling
- Ability to engage with customers and understand their needs
- Available to perform various tasks during shifts
- Ability to learn and adapt to new beverage recipes and store procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and follow written and oral instructions
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Basic cash handling experience is an advantage but not required
Job Duties
- Greet and engage customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Starbucks recipes and customization requests
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
- Follow safety and store operating policies consistently
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
