- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety measures

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- strong team collaboration skills
- customer service experience is a plus
- ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- handle cash and ensure store safety and security
- work collaboratively as part of the store team
- manage multiple tasks efficiently during shifts
