Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly and carry out instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Comfortable with cash handling and store safety protocols
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customer modifications
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and respond to their needs
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to uphold store operations
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and food preparation techniques
- Follow store policies and procedures ensuring consistent quality and safety
