Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Willingness to engage and communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to prepare food and beverages to exact recipes
- Capable of performing many different store tasks during each shift
- Strong learning ability and teamwork skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Capability to perform multiple tasks in a busy store environment
Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
- Prepare beverages and food items according to standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
