- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food products, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers’ needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
- Available to perform multiple tasks during each shift
