Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Engage with and understand customers and respond to customer needs through clear communication
  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
  • Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Qualifications

  • No previous experience required
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
