Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers and respond to customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
