Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe adjustments such as temperature and ingredient quantity
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash and operate the register following store policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Follow store safety and security guidelines diligently
- Adapt to various tasks within the store during each shift as needed
