Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- Follow store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety measures
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs using clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Ability to perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to keep calm and organized in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and workspace organization

- Create excellent customer service experiences for every guest

- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces within the store
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth store operations
- Engage with customers warmly to understand and respond to their needs
- Adapt quickly to varied tasks during each shift to support the store’s goals
