Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions

- Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Starbucks recipes and customer specifications
- Handle cash and maintain accurate transactions following store policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Work collaboratively with other team members to support store operations
- Learn and master new beverage recipes and preparation techniques
- Adhere to store safety and security standards at all times
