Today, Starbucks operates thousands of stores worldwide, each designed to provide a consistently excellent experience for customers while fostering a sense of belonging and warmth. The company is dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, ensuring that every employee feels valued and empowered.

This position at Starbucks Coffee Company offers an exceptional opportunity to join a collaborative team that thrives on delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, Starbucks delivers an industry-leading benefits package that ensures partners and their families receive comprehensive health coverage, financial wellness programs, and education support. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance options, and disability coverage. Partners can enjoy paid parental leave, paid vacation accrual, sick time, holiday pay, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. Starbucks also offers unique educational benefits, such as 100% tuition coverage for first-time bachelor’s degree students through Arizona State University’s online program, as well as student loan management and access to various continuing education resources.

This role demands strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a commitment to delivering quality beverages and food products. Partners are expected to uphold Starbucks’ store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and maintaining store safety and security. Flexibility in availability is critical as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays. The dynamic nature of this role requires partners to be adaptable and eager to take on a variety of tasks during their shifts, contributing to a positive team environment. Starbucks is committed to equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations, valuing diversity and inclusiveness in the workplace.

Working at Starbucks means being part of a vibrant and supportive community where your efforts matter and your growth is nurtured.
