Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- engage and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to customer specifications including recipe changes
- able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
