Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- engage with and understand customers’ needs
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- be available to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts

Job Duties
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
- engage with and understand customers by discovering and responding to their needs through clear communication
- handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift including stocking and cleaning
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- provide quality beverages and food products that meet company standards
