Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during shifts
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Demonstrated customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes like temperature and ingredients
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout shifts
- Handle cash transactions and adhere to store safety and security policies
- Work collaboratively as part of a retail store team in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and master the art of coffee and beverage preparation
- Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities within the store during each shift
