Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, provide clear and pleasant communication, and customize orders
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customer preferences
- Learn quickly, follow instructions, possess strong interpersonal skills, work well in a team, and build relationships.
