Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- able to engage positively with customers and respond to their needs
- capable of preparing food and beverages according to recipes or customer customization
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- ability to keep cool and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-prepared beverages and food items
- engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes, including adjustments such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and store environment
- handle cash and follow store operating policies including safety and security standards
- collaborate and work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, energetic setting
- learn and stay updated on the latest beverage recipes and product knowledge
