Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- Demonstrate ability to engage and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Capable of preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Willingness to perform various tasks during shifts
- Ability to work under fast-paced and energetic conditions
