The position available is for an entry-level Partner role, ideal for individuals who are passionate about coffee and people, and who enjoy working in a lively, social setting. The role is full-time or part-time with flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every cup of coffee served is of the highest quality, following standardized recipes or customizing beverages to meet customer preferences. Beyond beverage preparation, you will be integral in creating a positive and inviting environment for customers by engaging with them warmly, assisting with their needs, remembering their preferences, and making meaningful connections through every interaction. The position requires the ability to juggle various tasks throughout the shift, from food preparation and cash handling to maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Able to prepare food and beverages to standards and customize recipes
- Flexibility to perform multiple store tasks during shifts
