Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Availability to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to follow store operating policies and standards including cash handling and food safety
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers
- Capability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customization
- Willingness to undertake various tasks during shifts
- Ability to lift items and stand for extended periods
