Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety

Job Duties
- craft the world’s finest coffee and prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- provide quality customer service by engaging with and understanding customer needs
- follow store operating policies and standards including cash handling, store safety, and security
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers
- build strong interpersonal relationships with team members and customers
