Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and food safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively
- Prepare beverages and food following recipe standards or customization
- Perform various store tasks during shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Perform multiple tasks throughout each shift including food preparation and cleanliness
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
- Provide quality beverages and food products consistently
- Adapt to flexible working hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
