- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety
- Ability to prepare quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs
- Available to perform multiple tasks during shifts
- Ability to learn quickly and take clarification when needed
