Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging warmly and responding to customer needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Learn and apply new beverage recipes and product knowledge
- Adhere to all store policies and standards related to food safety and quality
