Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards relating to quality beverages and food, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform a variety of tasks during each shift

Job Duties
- Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted beverages
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety and security standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
- Adapt quickly to different tasks within the store during each shift
