Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to provide quality beverages and food products
- Capable of handling cash and store safety tasks
- Willingness to engage customers with clear and pleasant communication
- Available to perform multiple tasks during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly and follow written and oral instructions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions
- Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
- Ability to build relationships with customers and partners
- Comfortable with cash handling and maintaining safety protocols
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service through friendly and clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages following standard and customized recipes
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient store operations
