- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
- Ability to engage with customers and respond to their needs effectively
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Willingness to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand instructions and ask for clarification when needed
