Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and counting skills required
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Ability to follow required dress code as assigned
- Effective communication skills in English
- Completion of food handling certification as required
- Ability to meet physical demands including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Willingness to wear uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous cash handling experience preferred
- Previous experience as a barista preferred
- Basic math and counting skills required
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Able to follow required dress code as assigned
- Effective reading and communication skills in English
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Complete food handling certification as required
Job Duties
- Accurately operate a register/POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs
- Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages according to brand standards
- Prepare and serve food items in line with location standards
- Count, organize, and balance the cash drawer, fill out cashier slips, and make deposits
- Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- Set up and breakdown coffee bar, stations, or store including cleaning and sanitizing
- Maintain clean and sanitary work area
- Stock beverage coolers, grab and go items, service ware, and condiments
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
