Job Requirements
- Medium work exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally

- Attention to detail in financial transactions

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Minimum one year cashier experience preferred
- Barista or coffee shop experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to accurately count money and make change
- Knowledge of or ability to learn Starbucks beverage recipes
- Ability to operate a multi-function POS system
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Count and set up cash register drawer at shift start according to DCH policy
- Prepare Starbucks beverages following precise recipes
- Operate POS system to enter sales and process payments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kiosk and dining areas
- Stock, rotate, and manage inventory of drinks, sandwiches, desserts, and merchandise
- Accurately count and reconcile cash and receipts at shift end
- Assist with signage updates and seasonal promotion preparations
