- Prior retail or food service experience preferred
- Ability to operate coffee machinery and point-of-sale systems
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to greet and serve customers promptly

Job Duties
- Warmly greets and acknowledges guests within 30 seconds
- Takes drink and food orders accurately
- Operates coffee making equipment including dismantling and cleaning machinery
- Prepares and presents beverages per recipe and presentation standards
- Processes payments using point-of-sale systems accurately
- Handles cash and card payments complying with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Demonstrates thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu and products
- Creates first-class experiences for travelers by delivering excellent service
