Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety procedures with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers by discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Comply with dress code prohibiting tattoos, excessive piercings, and unnatural hair colors
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties

- Assist with new partner training through positive reinforcement and coaching

- Deliver legendary customer service by connecting with customers and responding to their needs
- Follow operational policies including cash handling and safety to ensure partner security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to recipe and presentation standards
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Recognize individual and team accomplishments
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
