This opportunity requires completing the Initial Store Training and achieving Barista certification with a score of 90 percent or higher, emphasizing the importance of skill development and quality performance. The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old, possesses a valid Clark County Health Card, and demonstrates clear communication skills, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to work effectively within a team setting. The Barista must be capable of standing for extended periods, lifting supplies, and working in varied environmental conditions including varying noise levels and presence of smoke in casino areas consistent with Nevada state regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • valid Clark County Health Card
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and read for extended periods
  • ability to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 50 lbs or more
  • ability to transport, push, pull, and maneuver items weighing up to 150 lbs
  • ability to work in fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environments
  • must maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements
  • eye/hand coordination
  • basic math skills
  • ability to comply with policies, procedures, daily memorandums, chemical labels (SDS) and other instructions
  • tolerance to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination and air quality
  • ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and coworkers

Job Qualifications

  • One year experience preferred
  • ability to maintain a friendly, professional demeanor and work effectively with all team members
  • demonstrates clear verbal, listening, and written communication skills
  • neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • familiarity with menu, preparation procedures, and pricing
  • ability to perform simple calculations for billing, change, and split checks accurately

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute all menu items according to established standards and instructions from culinary leadership
