Job Qualifications
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage with customers and respond to their needs with clear and pleasant communication
- Comply with dress code restrictions on tattoos, piercings, and hair color
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Adapt to perform many different tasks during each shift
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote Starbucks culture, values, and mission
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and set positive example
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customers, communicate to manager for team response
- Assist with new partner training by reinforcing successful performance and providing coaching
- Contribute to positive team environment by recognizing changes in partner morale and communicating them
- Deliver legendary customer service by prioritizing customer needs and connecting with customers
- Follow Starbucks operational policies including cash handling, safety, and security
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Recognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
