This role focuses on contributing to the overall customer experience by performing various duties such as welcoming guests warmly and taking their food and drink orders promptly, operating coffee-making equipment, and ensuring beverages are prepared and presented according to established quality standards. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior retail or dining experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and process transactions securely
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must comply with health and safety guidelines
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or dining environment preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds
  • Operate coffee making equipment and dismantle and clean machinery as needed
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
  • Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change in compliance with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
  • Deliver first-class experiences in an on-trend national brand or iconic local concept
