This role focuses on contributing to the overall customer experience by performing various duties such as welcoming guests warmly and taking their food and drink orders promptly, operating coffee-making equipment, and ensuring beverages are prepared and presented according to established quality standards. Associates in this position will also handle transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, enforce cash handling and loss prevention protocols, and maintain comprehensive knowledge about the menu and products offered.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or dining experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process transactions securely
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with health and safety guidelines
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or dining environment preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse team environment

Job Duties
- Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds
- Operate coffee making equipment and dismantle and clean machinery as needed
- Prepare and present beverages according to established recipe and presentation standards
- Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
- Handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change in compliance with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
- Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
- Deliver first-class experiences in an on-trend national brand or iconic local concept
