Job Requirements
- Passion for coffee

- ability to maintain consistent attendance
- available for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods

- maintain calm and efficient under pressure
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to learn quickly
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- basic knowledge of English
- ability to operate POS system and cash register
- ability to follow written instructions and product labels
- ability to operate beverage equipment
- Utah food handler’s permit or ability to obtain upon hire
Job Duties
- Prepare quality beverages and food products according to recipes and presentation standards
- handle cash transactions accurately and securely
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- provide excellent customer service by connecting with guests
- adhere to store safety and operating policies
