Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to deliver friendly and professional customer service
- willingness to learn menu items and beverage preparation
- capability to handle payment processing accurately
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with customers and preparing quality beverages and products
- exhibit professionalism and friendliness at all times
- be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and their proper preparation
- promote and recommend menu options to customers
- maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- process all payment methods accurately
- maintain a neat and professional personal appearance as an ambassador of the establishment
- perform other duties as assigned
