Job Requirements

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule
Possession of a food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
Minimum 1 year experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Good personal hygiene and appearance
Legal right to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year experience in food service or hospitality preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for customer service and beverage preparation
Ability to learn and adhere to recipe standards and operational procedures

Job Duties

Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards while delivering exceptional customer service
Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee, tea, and drink preparation and products
Assist with setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace working a flexible schedule
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and service area
Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
