Work schedules are flexible, with both part-time and full-time hours available, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work effectively in an energetic environment that sometimes involves high noise levels from equipment like blenders and juicers.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes and product knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in food or beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages, or retail and hospitality experience
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License such as ServSafe prior to employment
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle fast pace environment and excessive equipment noise
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs

- 1-2 years of experience in food or beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages, or retail and hospitality experience
- Barista, nutrition, and culinary education experience a plus

Job Duties

- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to Earthbar standards
- Anticipate customer and store needs by evaluating environment and customer cues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and respond to their needs in a timely manner
- Follow Earthbar operational policies including cash handling and safety procedures to ensure safety of all members during shifts
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace so products are easily located by team members
- Provide quality beverages consistently by adhering to recipes
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Demonstrate World Class Hospitality using GREAT customer service principles
- Ensure speed of service by providing accurate and timely guest experiences
- Contribute to positive team and guest culture
- Use professional communication including reading verbal and non-verbal cues
- Obtain and demonstrate product knowledge and retail supplement education
- Recommend product add-ons and boosts
- Communicate company core values
- Answer phones with professional etiquette
- Adapt to team dynamics and customer interactions
- Conduct daily in-store and event sampling
- Review communication board for daily education and company goals
- Maintain calm demeanor in fast pace environment
- Approach mistakes as learning opportunities
- Complete daily opening and closing checklists and tasks
- Prepare food and beverages including smoothies, juices, acai bowls, toast and lattes according to recipes and standards
- Ensure correct measurements when following recipes
- Complete tasks timely as directed by management
- Stock incoming orders and merchandise products accordingly
- Fill out waste logs and tracking documents
- Wash blenders and kitchen utensils
- Take timely duty-free meal and rest breaks
- Communicate proactively if product is running low
- Manage noise from equipment
- Fulfill third party and online orders accurately and promptly
- Follow deep cleaning calendar
- Provide feedback for closing manager reports
- Use technology and POS systems proficiently
- Obtain or have Food Handlers Certification if required
- Check expiration dates daily
- Practice FIFO product handling
- Follow all safety and health guidelines
- Conduct sampling events
