Job Duties
- Greet each guest with genuine enthusiasm and create a welcoming environment
- Personalize interactions by remembering regulars and making newcomers feel at home
- Resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
- Maintain a high standard of guest service even during peak hours
- Support coworkers and communicate openly and respectfully with team and leadership
- Show up on time, stay engaged, and own responsibilities including cleaning and restocking
- Actively learn new skills such as drink recipes and point-of-sale systems
- Balance making drinks, assisting guests, and keeping the station clean
- Stay calm and prioritize when juggling multiple tasks or requests
- Adjust to guest needs including special or off-menu requests
