Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- basic math proficiency
- ability to operate POS systems
- food handling certification is mandatory
- physical capability to perform job duties
- excellent communication skills in English
- compliance with company dress code
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends

Job Duties
- Navigate a register/POS system to conduct cash and credit card transactions accurately
- provide warm customer service and anticipate patron needs
- prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand specifications
- prepare and present food items following establishment standards
- maintain cash drawer balance and record transactions
- adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
- install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space promoting cleanliness and order
- clean and sanitize equipment regularly
- maintain inventory of drink chillers, quick-grab snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- observe health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation
- perform other tasks as directed by managers
