Currently, Aramark is seeking full-time Baristas to join their dynamic team. As a Barista at Aramark, you will be responsible for crafting specialty coffee and tea drinks to brand specifications, assisting with food preparation, and providing a warm, welcoming atmosphere for customers. You will also operate the POS system accurately to handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring smooth and precise financial exchanges.

The role demands attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organizational standards at the coffee bar or retail space, including the installation and dismantling of workstations. Baristas are expected to regularly clean and sanitize equipment and maintain inventory levels of drink chillers, snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers. Compliance with all health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation is critical to safeguard guests and staff alike. Additionally, the position may require physical stamina, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, along with extended periods of standing and walking. Safety measures such as wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary are integral to the job.

Candidates with prior customer service experience, especially cash handling, will find an advantage, though previous barista experience is not mandatory. A fundamental understanding of basic math and effective communication skills, particularly in English, are essential. A Food Handling Certification is required to undertake this role. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adherence to the company’s dress code are also necessary.
