Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience
- Food Handling Certification is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift, bend, push, and pull
- Adherence to company dress code and safety protocols
- Willingness to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Job Qualifications
- It is beneficial to have worked in customer service in the past
- Experience in handling cash in the past is desired
- Prior barista experience is not obligatory
- It is essential to have a grasp of basic math principles and counting techniques
- Ability to operate autonomously with minimal intervention
- Essential skills include English reading proficiency, effective communication, and recipe compliance
- Obtaining the Food Handling Certification is a prerequisite

Job Duties
- Effectively navigate a register/POS system to conduct transactions involving cash and credit cards in a precise manner
- Provide a warm welcome and support to customers, foreseeing their needs to ensure a pleasant experience
- Carry out the brand's specifications in the preparation and delivery of coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Fulfill the requirements of the establishment by preparing and presenting food items according to their standards
- Maintain the cash drawer's balance, record transactions on the cashier slip, and deposit money into the bank
- Stick to the cash handling policies and procedures outlined by Aramark
- Install and dismantle coffee bar, workstations, or retail space in a way that promotes cleanliness and structured arrangement
- Keep the workspace tidy and hygienic by regularly cleaning and sanitizing equipment
- Maintain inventory of drink chillers, quick-grab snacks, serving tools, and flavor enhancers
- Observe all health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation to safeguard against potential risks and maintain cleanliness
- Be willing to handle any other tasks as mandated by managers
